Important notes:
1. Before signing for goods, please ensure all packaging including items are physically checked and inspected at time of delivery. Carrier claims for shortages and/or damages cannot be accepted unless reported and signed for accordingly at time of delivery. If goods are delivered damaged/short, please ensure our accounts department is informed immediately in writing, by email to: accounts@spatec.co.uk.
2. Spatec's restocking/handling charge is 25%* of the nett invoice value of the product authorised for good stock return, including all packaging and instructions and original box. Goods returned to Spatec NI Ltd without authorisation or correct paperwork, will not be accepted for processing.
* Please note: Manufacturers returns criteria and rates will apply if over our restock/handling charge!
3. If a return is agreed, the resulting refund will be subject to goods being returned in original/new condition, including at the customer/buyers expense.
Goods cannot be returned at all once installed unless proven to be faulty at dispatch.
If a product has been correctly supplied and the buyer wishes to return the goods, carriage will not be refunded and transaction fees will be deducted. Goods must be in a resaleable condition, complete with all instructions and original box. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning goods. We recommend returning products via signed for service. *
4. Warranty claims are subject to proof that the product has been correctly installed, in accordance with the installation instructions and good working practice. Warranty is 12 months from date of installation or date of manufacture stamped onto the product and is limited to replacement (product) value only. As part of our quality procedure, our manufacturers validate all warranty claims by product test procedures.
5. All returns must be packaged securely; otherwise they may not be processed for credit.
6. All images are for guidance only and may not correspond to adjacent part codes.
7. Cancellation of Order: Cancellation of order/s is accepted within 14 days after the goods have been dispatched. *
9. Spatec NI Ltd will not be reponsible for any loss of business or profit, or for any other consequential loss as a result of delay in or failure to deliver the goods.
